Scintilla is a boutique, full-service Southern African tour operator owned by industry giant BidTravel.
Specialising in truly immersive and unique experiences for discerning guests, Scintilla provides guests with authentic, once-in-a-lifetime experiences in Southern Africa, curated by travel experts who are vastly experienced and with extensive product knowledge.
Objectives
In 2021, BidTravel approached Flux with their newly conceptualised business and brand - which did not yet have a name, contracting our team to help build the brand from scratch, including logo, CI and brand voice, and design and develop an accompanying industry-leading, performance-ready website that would prove profitable with time.
Our Results
The results have been truly amazing. After working closely with the BidTavel team for half a year, we introduced the Scintilla brand to the world via Organic and Paid channels, working on building up brand awareness and strategically targeting interested users with dedicated conversion campaigns. The brand has been received exceptionally well and we have managed to consistently meet and exceed the brand’s lead and revenue requirements and goals, resulting in a success story that we are extremely proud to be a part of.
