This independently-owned cluster of two boutique hotels and two restaurants is set in a leafy residential street just a short walk from the Kigali city centre.
In 2008, Alissa & Josh Ruxin built Heaven – Kigali’s first international restaurant and hospitality training facility. Since then they have trained over 1000 Rwandans and expanded to two hotels and restaurants and a tour company. At the heart of their approach is an authentic and tailored Rwandan experience delivered by an inspired team.
Objectives
This dynamic multi-faceted product initially had a confusing user experience that did not accurately represent the Heaven Rwanda parent brand the “child” brands therein; including Fusion Restaurant, Heaven Restaurant, the Retreat, and Heaven Tours. The objective was to reimagine and recreate the Heaven Rwanda website to include a clear user journey through each “child” brand, whilst accurately representing this inspiring product. Flux was also tasked to generate qualified leads from domestic, regional and international guests whilst the rebuild was underway (which continues to this day).
Our Results
A new look Heaven Rwanda website, responsive across all platforms, that has easy navigation across the child brands in the Retreat, Fusion Restaurant, Heaven Restaurant, Heaven Boutique Hotel, and Heaven Tours. The results have been impressive numbers since launch and coupled with Flux performance campaigns, have shown a quick return on the client's investment into their website and their direct online channel.
