How long does a project take to complete?
Following a brief Discovery call to understand your unique project requirements, we will send you a customized proposal. Project timelines will vary based on the project scope.
Can I upgrade my service plan and payment option after sign-up?
If you would like to change your service plan to a retainer plan after sign-up, please speak to your Project Manager and we will work with you to find a service plan and payment option that best meets your requirements. Upgrades to service plans take effect the following month.
How flexible are you on your pricing?
Our pricing is highly flexible and dependent on the services you require. We work with you to create a pricing model that meets your business requirements.
How do project payments work?
Project payments are broken up into “Milestone Payments” based on specific project milestones that our team completes within a given timeframe.
What happens once the project is complete?
Once a project is complete, we complete a full handover to you. Should you require any further support, within scope, after project completion, our team is on-hand to assist you with this. Should you wish to work with Flux in future, we are more than happy to work on future project plans.
