How quickly can we get up and running?
Following a brief Discovery call to understand your unique brand requirements, we will send you a customised proposal and start right away. Website builds are dependent on your service plan and the scope of the build.
Do I have to use all of your services and technology?
No, we curate our proposals based on your unique requirements. However, for the maximum performance benefit, we recommend using our core services, which we will recommend upon presenting your custom service plan. This gives you peace of mind to focus on your operations, knowing your digital presence is handled by experts in their field.
Can I upgrade my service plan and payment option after sign-up?
Yes, as no travel brand is the same, we work with you to find a service plan and payment option that best meets your requirements. Upgrades to service plans take effect the following calendar month.
How flexible are you on your pricing?
Our pricing is flexible and dependent on two variables unique to your brand. Firstly, the volume of services you require. Secondly, whether you would like a set monthly retainer or hybrid retainer (performance based). Based on these variables we create a pricing model that meets your business requirements.
What if I would like to cancel my service plan?
If you are unhappy with your service plan, a one-month notice period (Performance service plan) or two-month notice period (Starter, Advanced, or Pro service plans) is required in order for us to prepare sufficient off-boarding documentation and website migration. We ensure a comprehensive off-boarding process is followed in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our service offering.
How do you measure the success of my service plan? And do I have access to this data?
Flux aims to empower all of our clients and provide full transparency on the performance of service plans our clients have chosen. We enable this by providing our clients with a performance dashboard with real-time data, as well as monthly retrospective performance reports to give you all the insight you need to better understand your online sales channel.
