Yes, as no travel brand is the same, we work with you to find a service plan and payment option that best meets your requirements. Upgrades to service plans take effect the following calendar month.
Our pricing is flexible and dependent on two variables unique to your brand. Firstly, the volume of services you require. Secondly, whether you would like a set monthly retainer or hybrid retainer (performance based). Based on these variables we create a pricing model that meets your business requirements.
If you are unhappy with your service plan, a one-month notice period (Performance service plan) or two-month notice period (Starter, Advanced, or Pro service plans) is required in order for us to prepare sufficient off-boarding documentation and website migration. We ensure a comprehensive off-boarding process is followed in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our service offering.
