1) First contact should be made within 1 hour of lead receipt (whilst hot)
2) Minimum two-three follow ups on the leads chosen source of contact method
3) Always provide alternative dates and price points to give the guest a budget range and accommodate their travel dates
4) Provide additional product content to create excitement and further insight into what the product offers
5) Should the guest be on the “fringe” of certain special offer validity periods, check with management to see whether concessions can be made if occupancy is low and there is short lead time to travel dates
